For Energy Project Investment or Acquisition – Perform financing due diligence & risk evaluation on energy project asset(s) which can include any of the following study areas:

• Financing and Development Funding Consulting
  
• Contract review and summary brief on representations, warranty’s, responsibilities, liabilities and risks
• Technical performance review on project including efficiency review and suggested improvements
• Environmental review of all air water and ground permits including risks, restrictions, reporting requirements and full responsibility matrix of all permits
• Cost or Budget review on operations, maintenance, capital expenditures, including review and evaluation of seller’s values and any suggested improvements, risk mitigations and capital adjustments
• Interconnection review on electrical, fuel, water and sewer interties
• Schedule review and assessment on viability, ability to meet targets, efficiency of expenditures and sufficient lag and review time allocations
  
• Insurance review and assessment on coverage
• Human Resources review and efficiency assessment
• IT review of licenses transfers and software license needs
• Financial modelling for projected returns including any sensitivities to market conditions that may influence outcome *
